Any contract for the supply of Order Delivery from this Website is between you and our Participating Suppliers; for the supply of Goods or Services from this website contact is between you and Artek Bags. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are for your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment. 3.2. Order, Goods and Services purchased from this Website are intended for your use only and you warrant that any Goods purchased by you are not for resale and that you are acting as principal only and not as agent for another party when receiving the Services. 3.3. Please note that some of our Goods may be suitable for certain age ranges only. You should check that the product you are ordering is suitable for the intended recipient. 3.4. Once we have sent the confirmation email we will check availability and delivery capacity. 3.7.If the ordered product and delivery capacity is available, the Participating Supplier will accept the contract and confirm it to Artek Bags. If the details of the order are correct, the contract for the Order Delivery, Goods or Services will be confirmed by email or text message(SMS). 3.8.The confirmation message/ email will specify items ordered along with a receipt of payment. 3.9.If the Product Delivery and / or Goods are not available or if there is no delivery capacity, we will also let you know by email or text message (SMS) or phone call. Section 4: Prices and Payment 4.1. You agree to take particular care when providing us with your details and warrant that these details are accurate and complete at the time of ordering. You also warrant that the credit or debit card details that you provide are for your own credit or debit card and that you have sufficient funds to make the payment. 4.2. All prices listed on the Website are correct at the time of publication and have been based on input received from the supplier; While we give great care to keep them up to date, the final price charged to you can change at the time of delivery based on the latest menu and prices. We also reserve the right to alter the Goods or Services available for sale on the Website. 4.3. All prices for delivery by Artek Bags or a third party provider assigned by Artek Bags are correct at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to alter these in the future 4.4. The total price for Product Delivery, Goods or Services ordered, delivery charges and other charges will be displayed on the Website when you place your order. Full payment must be made for all Goods dispatched and Services provided. Payment has to be made online, e.g. via UPI, Net Banking, Credit or Debit card. 4.5.In case of online payment, you must pay for your order before it is delivered. Our website is integrated with 3rd party payment gateways. We do not store any card or banking details on our website. For privacy policies and terms and condition, please refer to the relevant payment gateway’s website. 4.6.Artek Bags never asks for any of your personal bank details. Please do not share your personal bank details like Card Number/Pin/CVV/OTP/Card Expiry Date/UPI Pin, over Phone/Mail/SMS to anyone. Section 5: Delivery 5.1. Delivery periods quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary. Goods will be delivered to the address designated by you at the time of ordering. 5.2. If delivery is done by its delivery partners, it is the Participating supplier sole responsibility to provide Order Delivery in a timely manner. 5.3. In the case delivery is done by Artek Bags or a third party delivery partner assigned by Artek Bags, we will give great care to deliver in a timely manner. No responsibility is taken for late delivery by Artek Bags in either case. 5.4. All orders are delivered by a reputable courier. We and the delivery will make every effort to deliver within the time stated. However, we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by ordering late. 5.5. In case of a late delivery, the delivery charge will neither be voided nor refunded by Artek Bags. 5.6. All risk in the Goods and the Order Delivery shall pass to you upon delivery. 5.7. If you fail to accept delivery of Goods at the time they are ready for delivery, or we are unable to deliver at the nominated time due to your failure to provide appropriate instructions, then such goods shall be deemed to have been delivered to you and all risk and responsibility in relation to such goods shall pass to you. 5.8. Participating Suppliers, who will prepare your order, aim to deliver the product to you at the place and time of delivery requested by you in your order. However, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery; 5.9. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. If this is the case we or our partner supplier will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address; 5.10. The delivery of the items ordered will be attempted only ONCE at the address as provided. In the event the delivery is not executed due to any reason whatsoever, the order shall be considered complete, and re-delivery or a refund will not be an option. The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following events: Wrong address Recipient not available at premises Premises locked Unreachable or incorrect phone number of recipient Recipient refused the products. Delivered the product at the gate / reception / neighborhood of the premises Restricted entry of premises 5.11. Deliveries shall not be made on National Holidays. Orders scheduled for National holidays will be delivered on the next working day. 5.12 In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ natural calamity/ National Bandh/election dates/ curfews/traffic jams/festival times/regulated traffic movements/ or any other impediments that may restrict the delivery of the order. Artek Bags reserves the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. 5.13. No instructions will be entertained for any request to change the date of delivery. All complaints should be addressed to info@artekbags.in, and we assure to assist if reported within 24 hours of delivery. I also understand that Artek Bags can send transactional and promotional Email messages on my registered email as well. 10.13 As we will be processing the order post your confirmation, it won’t be possible to modify or cancel the order once the telephonic confirmation is done. 10.14 I understand that Artek Bags can send transactional and promotional SMS, Call, Whatsapp, RCS & Emails on my registered email id & number. 10.15 In any case, if the order is placed by any individual unethically from artekbags.in . This will be considered as part of a fraud. The company has the right to cooperate with competent law enforcement agencies and to ask them to take appropriate action whenever such phenomena occur. Additionally, the company will notify the police or other competent authority.
